Ladies in Product

success isn’t solo - it’s built in community

We’re a community of women interested in the digital product world, with in-person and online events in Barcelona and Madrid.

What we believe in

We are a volunteer-run community committed to keeping our space free and accessible to all women interested or already in product.

Our mission is to empower women in digital product by providing a free, safe, and professional community that encourages learning, collaborating, and growing together.

Where we are today

What began in Barcelona now reaches across two cities and online.

The core hasn’t changed: professional women talking to each other, supporting each other, building together.

If you work in product, or you’re thinking about moving into it, or you just want to be around women who understand this work, there’s a place for you here. No pressure. Just a community.

What our members say

We are a community of passionate women here’s what we have to say:

Our story

Jesica and Lidia have been active in Barcelona’s product community for years...

  1. Women constantly approached them wanting to talk about their work, what they were navigating, what was on their minds in every event and talk they went to. These conversations kept happening, one after another, in different spaces and times.

  2. As these conversations kept happening, they realized something important: these women didn’t need to talk to them specifically. They needed a space to talk to each other.

  3. So in 2024, they decided to bring them all together in one gathering in Barcelona. Give it a name. Give it shape. In 15 days, they had a name, a logo, and a LinkedIn post each. Their goal was simple: if at least five women showed up, they’d be happy. Eighteen came. That was the first Ladies in Product gathering. And that was the start.

  4. From there, something took shape. Women kept coming back. They kept asking for more. They wanted to stay connected, to support each other through the actual work of building products. What started as one gathering became something bigger because it filled a real need.

  5. As the community grew, it expanded beyond Barcelona. Madrid joined. Online events made it possible to connect across time zones. A WhatsApp community formed where women could keep talking between gatherings.

Women in product don’t need another echo chamber. They need each other.
